What is credit control only?

Credit control only is a service that we offer to any business that sells goods or services to other businesses on credit terms.Basically we take over the sending out of statements and reminder letters as well as performing a telephone chasing service which frees up your time so you can concentrate on more productive issues than chasing payment.

How does it work?
You raise your invoices as usual and send them to your customers.
You also send a copy of the invoice to your client manager at London Scottish.
Your client manager will agree with you who to telephone chase and when
Your client manager will send out monthly statements with a remittance advice.
Your client manager will send out reminder letters.
Once your customer pays us, we will BACS the money over to you.
Alternatively, your customer can pay you and you advise us of payment by e mail.
We will send you reports weekly and monthly advising what debts are outstanding and what invoices have been paid.
